1. How to Reserve a Puppy
Reservation Form
Everything begins with our Reservation Form.
It helps us learn more about you — your lifestyle, expectations, and experience with dogs. This step allows us to determine whether a Celoska puppy would be a good fit for your home.
Application Review & Phone Call
Once we receive your form, we review your answers carefully.
We then schedule a phone call with you. This conversation is essential: it helps ensure that our values align, gives you space to ask questions, and allows us to confirm that you’re ready for a Celoska puppy.
Reservation Fees
If your application is approved, non-refundable reservation fees are required to secure your place on our waiting list.
These fees confirm your commitment and help us manage reservations fairly and responsibly.
2. The Waiting List
How it Works
Families are placed on the waiting list according to the date we receive the reservation fees.
This priority gives you a spot within a litter, but does not guarantee the choice of a specific puppy.
Puppies Kept by the Breeder
We reserve the right to keep one or more puppies from any litter for the preservation of our lines.
(This is an important part of maintaining the health and future of the breed.)
3. Puppy Matching Process
Beginning at 8 weeks, we start the official matching process.
Every puppy develops differently. After weeks of observation, socialization, and evaluations, we can identify their temperament, energy level, and overall needs.
Our goal is simple:
to match each puppy with the family that best suits their personality and lifestyle.
This process takes time, but it ensures a harmonious relationship from the very beginning.
4. If the Litter Isn’t the Right Fit
If a litter does not meet your expectations (gender, colour) or if no puppy is considered a good match for your family: your reservation is automatically transferred to the next available litter.
Your spot remains active.
5. Families Not Ready / Refusing a Puppy
When we offer you a puppy that is considered compatible:
A first refusal is allowed without any consequences.
On the second refusal, your name is removed from the waiting list, and the reservation fees are retained.
We understand that unexpected life events may happen. In exceptional situations (health issues, major family events, sudden changes), a postponement may be discussed.
6. Removal from the Waiting List: What It Means
If you are removed from the waiting list:
the reservation fees are not refunded
your file is considered closed
if you wish to adopt a Celoska puppy in the future, you will need to complete the entire process again
no priority placement can be guaranteed for future litters
This policy ensures fairness and respects the commitment of all families waiting sincerely for their puppy.
7. Puppy Go-Home Age
Puppies usually go to their new homes between 8 and 10 weeks, depending on their individual development.
Each puppy leaves with:
their vaccination record
a complete veterinary file
a sales contract
a carefully prepared starter kit
- registration documents will be sent later in pdf format
8. Our Commitment to You
Adopting from Celoska means more than bringing home a puppy — it means joining our family.
We remain available to support you throughout your puppy’s life, whether you have questions, need guidance, or simply want to share updates and milestones.
